With a strong background in administration, IT, and executive support, Crystal previously served as Executive Assistant to the Leader of the Green Party of Canada, managing complex schedules, policy communications, and event logistics. She speaks Spanish, English, and French, and holds a certification from the World Futures Studies Federation (2019), which strengthened her perspective on international collaboration and future-focused work.
Crystal holds a Bachelor in Arts and Humanities, a Master in Dance Performance Preparation from George Brown College, and a Master in International Relations from UNAM. Outside of her professional work, she is a passionate dancer and teacher who has represented Mexico at international festivals in Morocco and Turkey, and continues to lead contemporary dance workshops that inspire creativity, connection, and expression.
